This week I lost 7lb - which I'm startled by. It's probably partly because this week I weighed afterbefore dinner instead of beforeafter but still, it does make me feel a whole lot better than I did a week ago. So my current weight is my new starting weight as far as SW is concerned, and we'll see how we go. I'm aiming to try and lose another 3 this week while I'm still on a roll. And the new plan looks like it might be just different enough to help.

Over the past 25 months of dieting I've lost 1st 3lb, which amounts to 8% of my starting weight - my current weight is 13st 13lb

My average loss a week is ¼lb

My target weight is 11st. I am currently 2st 13lb away from this.

My current BMI is 31.47; my target BMI is 24.86.

I don't understand, if you lost weight this week, why doesn't the graph dip at the right hand side? Well done, anyway. I live in a happy innocent world, neither knowing nor caring what I weigh.

Ah, must have been caching the old ones here or something, I see it now.

They do, a bit: see the red lines on the top two graphs and the blue lines on the bottom two.

The rolling averages seem to be a little out - perhaps it's just taking the rolling average of the last four readings regardless of when they were measured rather than the readings over the past (time period)? If you are regular in your schedule of submitting readings then it makes no difference, of course.

The rolling averages are indeed for the last four readings regardless of when they were made.

And I don't understand how being weighed *after* dinner would make you lighter?

Well done. I seem to have lost about the same since the last time I stepped on the scales (so the last time you posted these charts, whenever that was :D) although I don't quite know how. With luck that will continue... I must look into the WW BFing scheme and do this properly (I used to do WW years ago so I think starting with them is likely to be less confusing than SW).

I was really surprised how comfortable I felt going back to class and how lovely it was to see everyone.

I really felt like it was going 'home' and we'd all be OK and do a good job now we were back in the right place.
