I am at or under my target weight! - Yay!
Yes, I decided to move the target a little, but I'm happy with me the way I am at the moment, and my current countdown (weeks paid for in advance) ran out tonight so it seemed a good point to stop. I am now officially thin!
Over the past 15¾ months of dieting I've lost 4st 6lb, which amounts to 29% of my starting weight - my current weight is 10st 10lb
My average loss a week is 1lb
My target weight is 10st 10lb. I am currently 0st away from this.
My current BMI is 24.11; my target BMI is 24.11.

Date: 2003-03-27 03:21 pm (UTC)Yay! That's the most important thing. However, it's nice to finish at an extreme point (not sure whether to call it a high point or a low point because it's really both at the same time) - looks like the lightest you've been at any point according to the graphs!
