Did cancel driving lesson in the end, absolutely shattered this morning and the thought of doing it was just upsetting me too much: I seem to be a bit of an emotional wreck at the moment and I'm not sure why. Not getting much done in the office, wondering if I ought to have called in sick, but it feels wrong to do it just because I'm bunged up and tired. It's not like we stayed up late or anything.

*hugs*. Chalk it up as a bad hair day ... :-( - used to happen to me quite a lot - hasn't recently, dunno why ...

:-(( - yeah: getting better in the physical or the emotional sense? Are you drinking the right amount of water? (do you crave OJ (not that OJ ... :-))? Vitamin C might help ...? .. I'm currently fending off 'flu with vast doses of pineapple juice (only thing they've got left at work ..).

diet is fussy about me having lots of it anyway

Could this be part of the problem? I really don't know if my diet is part of what's making me cranky and irritable and pissed off and angry and annoyed and tired and apathetic and... well, you get the idea :-) Have you considered dropping the diet for a while until other things begin to feel better, then essentially starting it again? Diet control is quite hard work!

Well, I wasn't talking too much about fruit juice than the emotional energy needed to maintain the diet. However it sounds like you actually feel better 'cos of it, so my comments are irrelevant anyway :-)

Fair enough. I just went out and bought a huge carton of OJ .. luckily, I've been doing quite well on the calories over the last couple of days (lots of missed meals), so I can afford it ... also Sainsbury's crispy vegetables *mmmmm*...
