This week I gained 7lb

Over the past 14½ months of dieting I've lost 3st 9lb, which amounts to 24% of my starting weight - my current weight is 11st 7lb

My average loss a week is ¾lb

My target weight is 10st 7lb. I am currently 1st away from this.

My current BMI is 25.87; my target BMI is 23.62.

eep! keep up the good work - we all have bad weeks. Try stress. I didn't eat at all the day I found out N was in hospital - I lost another 2kg from that *grin*.

ah when I'm stresed I tend to eat junk food instead, which doesn't help. Partly the damage last week was caused by just not having the energy to be arsed to think about food or make lunch for work and so on, and some of the rest was caused by a need for cheering myself up. I don't think I went *that* overboard with the comfort food, but sometimes it's more important than the diet, IYSWIM.

I'm mildly worrying at a fairly continuous upward trend lately though, since it seems each gain is bigger than I might have expected for how bad I've been, and I've even gained on some weeks when I've been sticking to the diet to the letter. Have to see how it goes this week.
