The trouble with cycling home in the cold is not while you're out there but just how long it takes to warm back up again afterwards. Nice night out though: an African night to help fundraise for one of Mike's colleagues going to be a volunteer worker in Uganda with nice food and lots of silly party games. And it *was* a lovely ride back from Duxford through the mist. My new front light is very effective away from streetlights. :)
Today we're curled up under the duvet on the sofa with scuzz on the telly (hurray, it's back on freesat!), our iPods and our books: just starting the new Wheel of Time. I may be some time.

Date: 2010-11-08 09:22 am (UTC)Originally it was thought the rest of the story could be fitted into two posthumous books, but it's (as usual) expanded to three. Unless it expands some more that means only one more to go after this one :)
They pretty much get a shelf to themselves, and that's *after* removing the duplicates.
