First pics of the new house

I haven't got any of the outside, and it's too damp to take any right now, but click through for the full gallery of our move: lots of boxes, an empty downstairs before we filled it up, upstairs pretty much sorted, and our lovely view.

Ah, what would we all do without our copious BILLY bookcases?

Actually they're not BILLY, they're Argos fakes, which are smaller and more flimsy. But cheaper. And not a 2 hour drive away.

I never had chance to take photos of this house empty, the previous owner was still moving furniture out as we moved things in!

We deliberately left the moving until the day after completion, to avoid this problem. Then it turned out our vendor couldn't get completion day off work, so she actually moved out the day before completion, so those photos were taken without anyone living there at all, after I'd been to the estate agent to pick up the keys.
