Food diary - day 2
Nov. 16th, 2006 06:50 pmBreakfast: All day breakfast sandwich from machine, can diet coke
Lunch: M&S: Pork pie, moroccan style topped houmous, reduced fat cream cheese and chive crinkle cut crisps, side salad: pasta with spinach, pine nuts and pesto dressing, Mango and passionfruit diet pop. Am now stuffed.
Afternoon snack: 100g melon (left from lunch)
Dinner: M&S again: pork/stuffing/apple sauce roll, couscous and roast veg side salad, peach creme fraiche dessert, lemon and lime diet pop (half the bottle).
Later at a gig: Pint of Red Stripe lager.
