Well, 21 is something we completely disagree on then. My favourite weather can be easily summed up in one word, and that word is without question boring :-)

I like my weather not too hot, not too cold, not too wet, not too windy, nothing weird like snow, fog, hail, tornadoes, rains of fish etc. I like it to stay out of my way. We made indoors the way it is for a reason; weather is at its best when it's making the outdoors as much as possible like the indoors. A couple of degrees colder, slightly fresher air and perhaps a slight breeze are about as much as I'm willing to tolerate without stepping outside what I'd describe as ideal.

See the thing is I like lots of different weathers, but the sort that really gets me down is a flat grey sky on a day that's neither hot nor cold nor windy. Dull dull dull. And I was trying to get over the opposite of that :-)

Snow's pretty, thunderstorms are fun, sunny days are lovely. And the thing about weather is if it's not fun to be outside in you can still enjoy it from inside.

I will concede that given a non-hot-cold-or-windy day, a mostly clear sky with a few picturesque clouds is prettier and more cheerful-looking than undifferentiated flat grey, to say nothing of showing less threat of rain later. In all other respects, however, that sounds ideal to me :-)
