Ezio @ The Junction

I saw the same band a year ago. Same place, almost the same day, nearly the same people (this time my now-ex boyfriend was swapped for August's new girlfriend - a change which is both sad and happy). They were wonderful last year, and I had a fabulous time. And this time they were just as good. If anything they were slightly improved by being in a better mood with their audience. And I found the man himself had time for me to shake his hand and thank him for an excellent night. In fact the chap who'd been standing behind me at leaning on the mixing desk even commented to me that I'd obviously been having fun. Huge thanks to Jay for organising us. We've both got the DVD of last year's show now (she was there, though not with us). I look forward to watching it.

I saw Ezio in the Portland a few years ago, and they were excellent. How's their guitarist (Booga?) doing?

Booga seems very well too, though I didn't spot him to also thank him. They're playing a gig just the two of them in the Bath House on 26th Jan for charity. 100 tickets. Going to see if I can get hold of some.

My pleasure. Organising is what I do! Frankly it was fantastic to be able to go to an Ezio gig with people that I didn't have to bribe - none of my pals have our excellent taste!
