This week I lost 1¾lb
Over the past 39 months of dieting I've gained 0st 2lb, which amounts to -1% of my starting weight - my current weight is 15st 4lb
My average loss a week is lb
My target weight is 14st 7lb. I am currently 0st 11lb away from this.
My current BMI is 34.19; my target BMI is 32.43.

Date: 2005-03-07 09:35 am (UTC)Hormonal weight fluctuations make losing weight really hard, imo. Purely from the mental perspective of 'no matter how hard I try, I'll never lose weight that week and will often gain'. And 4 weeks comes around so damn fast.
One of the ladies I have weighed in in the past (she isn't coming to class at the moment) would regularly gain 8lbs on her 'star' week. That must be so frustrating.
