This week I lost 1¾lb

Over the past 39 months of dieting I've gained 0st 2lb, which amounts to -1% of my starting weight - my current weight is 15st 4lb

My average loss a week is lb

My target weight is 14st 7lb. I am currently 0st 11lb away from this.

My current BMI is 34.19; my target BMI is 32.43.

Do you find that you lose less weight in the week, before your period, and more once the floodgates have opened.

(I'm on the pill too) and I take my last one on a Tuesday morning and by weekly weighin on Tuesday night I'm all bloated and extra heavy. By the following Tuesday (the last day on) it has usually gone away.

Hormonal weight fluctuations make losing weight really hard, imo. Purely from the mental perspective of 'no matter how hard I try, I'll never lose weight that week and will often gain'. And 4 weeks comes around so damn fast.

One of the ladies I have weighed in in the past (she isn't coming to class at the moment) would regularly gain 8lbs on her 'star' week. That must be so frustrating.
