This week I lost 1½lb
Over the past 38 months of dieting I've gained 0st 3½lb, which amounts to -2% of my starting weight - my current weight is 15st 5½lb
My average loss a week is lb
My target weight is 14st 7lb. I am currently 0st 12½lb away from this.
My current BMI is 34.44; my target BMI is 32.43.

Done it 4 2 weeks without slipping a day.
My secret(s)?
1. Drink a *lot* of water -- it keeps you feeling full.
2. Salad is your friend -- I eat a WHOLE lettuce a day...
I'm gonna beat this thing, or die trying
