Calorie counting

lnrYou can't half live on junk if you want to. Pre-packed sandwiches, packets of crisps and a bar of choc, plus one real meal cooked by Richard. I may have kept under my calorie quota today, but I sure need to eat more sensible in general.
Quiet couple of days: post pizza at GR last night and CSI at home tonight. Usual routine but it's nice.
