The calorie quota is what WLR reckons I need to lose weight at a rate of about 1 lb per week, which is what I'm aiming for at the moment. So fractionally over quota today, but then I was a good couple of hundred under on the previous two days.

That's a far easier way to work things out, and it looks like you can keep an eye on things too.

How could that sandwich have no fibre? It had tomato!

Also, even white bread has half a gram or so of fibre per slice.
