Weekly weigh in
Jan. 2nd, 2005 12:36 pmTime to go public with these, as part of my not-really-a-resolution. This loss is largely due to the fact the last weigh-in was on my mum's scales, which weigh a bit heavier than mine do, so it doesn't really count. When I set the current goal it was to lose half a stone, and instead I carried on gaining. Time to turn that around.
This week I lost 4¾lb
Over the past 37 months of dieting I've gained 0st 8½lb, which amounts to -4% of my starting weight - my current weight is 15st 10½lb
My average loss a week is lb
My target weight is 14st 7lb. I am currently 1st 3½lb away from this.
My current BMI is 35.21; my target BMI is 32.43.

Date: 2005-01-02 03:07 pm (UTC)Dunno if you're interested, but SW are launching the second half of their 'new plan' this week. The first half was last year when they added the second A choice but upped the sins on lots of convenience food (and renamed them 'syns' *&). This time they're adding two more approaches other than green/red to choose from, one is stricter, one is more relaxed.
I'm sticking with SW till I get to target (6.5lbs from here, to my new improved realistic target of 10st 7lb, not counting any xmas gains) and then I want to try just eating 'healthy'. I've tried that before and I can stay the same on it, but never seem to lose, and so I thought I'd stick with SW which gives me enough structure to stick to and lose until then, iyswim.
Like the graphs by the way *&)
