Really no more booze. Not even on my birthday. It turns the indigestion from uncomfortable to throwing up, which is bad. And I'd not really thought about what throwing up when you've got a cold is likely to do to your throat. Ow. Admittedly it's the coughing that's got me awake now though. God knows if I'll be well enough for work tomorrow. I don't want to not be. (Although at the same time I'd love not to have to go in - being grotty doesn't make for good productivity, which scares me in terms of the depression thing, and makes me just want to run away). But I don't want to miss lunch with Acro. Or the pub. Or staying over at Mike's after. If he's not otherwise occupied mind, given his conquest at the Carlton tonight. I didn't realise him or mobbsy were all that much that way inclined.

*hugs*. I've come down very quickly and violently with fresher flu. Given how damn packed we were all together I hope I've not passed it on *sigh*. So much for quarantine.. I'm going to need some serious drugs to dry me up even to make lunch let alone the pub.

Not that I drink much at the moment, but I do find it helps to go the occasional fortnight or so teetotal, if only to make sure that I still can! (Whoops, I seem to have just finished off some dark rum...)
