Weekly weigh in

lnrThis week I lost 3lb. Dunno where that came from, most odd. Will endeavour not to put any back on next week though. Only 1 lb shy of the 4 stone award which is nice, and I was joint slimmer of the week this week which was a pleasant surprise too.
Over the past 10¼ months of dieting I've lost 3st 13lb, which amounts to 26% of my starting weight - my current weight is 11st 3lb
My average loss a week is 1¼lb
My target weight is 11st. I am currently 0st 3lb away from this.
My current BMI is 25.23; my target BMI is 24.75.
