Plague continues
Apr. 3rd, 2022 10:47 pmHave now been essentially home for 11 days, and beginning to struggle with what day it is. Hope you've all had a good weekend anyway!
Matthew is now out of quarantine, and I've bent it far enough to walk with him to school today to collect our bikes and ride them back. (Quiet route, no spending more than a second within 2m of people, FFP3 mask). I mean that's not against the current rules at all anyway, but still - it feels a bit dodgy. No way I'm going indoors with anyone else until at least Wednesday, as I've not tested out of quarantine today.
Mike had a couple of really bad days, but is much improved and now just snotty/coughing/really tired.
We're now all on holiday for the next few days, though it won't be quite what we had planned. We should be in Cromer, and I'm sad we're not, but we're muddling along playing lots of Terraria and some Carcassone and watching lots and lots of films. Mike may or may not be back to work on Thursday, we'll have to see how it goes.
Just so thankful we didn't give it to mum and dad!
