I've been trying to do one of those, but, although I can something that looks fairly like a middle aged ex-gippy, I can't save it to my PC. Dammity damn. Although it's probably hidden in a cache somewhere.
You want a program that will take screenshots, and then edit the file it creates. I *think* pressing the "print screen" button in windows and then going Paste into a new image in paint or something might work, but I'm not at all sure.
