Weekly weigh in

This week I lost 1lb. I was very good until todya, when I've had a bit of a black hole day. Hopefully I've now got it out of my system and can go back to being good again tomorrow. Still, very pleased, give my main goal this week was not to regain any of the punds I lost due to the stomach bug I had last week.
