This week I lost 3lb

Over the past 25¼ months of dieting I've lost 1st 6lb, which amounts to 9% of my starting weight - my current weight is 13st 10lb

My average loss a week is ¼lb

My target weight is 11st. I am currently 2st 10lb away from this.

My current BMI is 30.99; my target BMI is 24.86.

The highest weight point was probably inaccurate, due to being measured after dinner and on a less good set of scales, so it's not as impressive as it looks. But it's still an excellent start anyway.
