This week I gained 17lb. Well, quite clearly that wasn't all this week, but it's what I've gained over the last couple of months since I last went to class. It's not a completely accurate measurement since I did it myself with my home scales, but I missed today's class by mistake (looks like they only ran the early one today with it being a bank hol) and still wanted to make a start on fixing things. There are a few more images on the main weightloss page showing well I had done earlier this year, and how much worse I'm looking now. Hopefully I can get back there, but I suspect it's going to take me a long while, and it's a bit daunting.

Over the past 24¾ months of dieting I've lost 0st 10lb, which amounts to 5% of my starting weight - my current weight is 14st 6lb

My average loss a week is lb

My target weight is 11st. I am currently 3st 6lb away from this.

My current BMI is 32.60; my target BMI is 24.86.

I've put a kilo on over the festive season, despite trying not to overeat and being ill the week leading up to it. I'm now 113.5 kilos, that's 17 stone 11! I've really got to do something about this!

I seem to have gained about 6lb in the last 6 weeks some time. Probably not Christmas, though, since I didn't have the traditional dinner or much in the way of alcohol/treats. On the other hand, I do weigh just about what I did this time last year (but I was 10 weeks pregnant then...)

I'm hoping this is the year I can do something permanent about my weight - I've lost it in fits and starts before but it's always gone back on, and quickly. I did lose the pregnancy weight (apart from these reappearing 6lb) in a good amount of time, but that's mostly water so it's pretty easy. With luck running around after [livejournal.com profile] smallclanger when he gets mobile will help, but I need to work on food mainly. We indulge/eat crap too much. I guess WW or SW with a breastfeeding plan is my answer, but where to find the willpower, time and energy required?

I'm reckoning I've put on about 1/2 stone in the last couple of weeks...

Stick with it :-/ You saw the amount of lard I was shovelling into myself tonight.. I've put on over half a stone in the last couple of months despite being nominally still *on* the diet, so I'm doing the whole running-to-stand-still bit too :(
