I've created a new friends group, because I figure I go on too much about losing weight, and it's probably a bit boring for a lot of you. So far it only contains the people I'm slimming with (chiarklark, simonb and angua) plus ewx. Oh and the slimmingworld community too, so I can switch view and just see all the slimming stuff sometimes.

If you think it's boring and want off let me know, if you think it might be interesting and want on likewise.

Added. There should be an update some time tonight anyway, in case people are wondering if it's worked :-)

I have a bad diet (for other reasons) and find it interesting to find out about how to alter your diet and am interested by the self-control aspects. Those reasons sound terribly mercanary, don't they, :(? :)
