lnrUnbeatable just rang. Despite me calling them yesterday and saying "yes please, delivery tomorrow, and let me know if you can't" they have no record of this in their notes and apparently didn't tell TNT either because they were letting me know TNT and just returned the telly to them. I'm afraid I may have shouted a bit, or at least talking loudly and crossly. She offered me a choice between delivery tomorrow or a timed delivery 9-12 on Saturday. Perhaps I should have gone for the latter, but I don't trust it to be on time and we're going to London in the afternoon for Marna's party and I'll want a lie in. They have said they'll refund the delivery charge though.
I have to admit I put the phone down and literally screamed. And now I just want to curl up in a ball and cry again. And I should probably go into the office this afternoon since there's not reason to be here now, but I don't think I can face it. I can get just as much work done from here at least. Though given it is currently lunchtime anyway I am going to go hide under the duvet with a book for a bit instead. If it doesn't arrive tomorrow we will cancel and buy elsewhere. Am making notes so I can write and complain properly. Rjk wants to publish description on web, which I probably won't object to.
