lnrThis week I gained 1lb
Over the past 20 months of dieting I've lost 3st 4lb, which amounts to 22% of my starting weight - my current weight is 11st 12lb
My average loss a week is ½lb
My target weight is 10st 7lb. I am currently 1st 5lb away from this.
My current BMI is 26.68; my target BMI is 23.62.
