Don't know if it's just the lack of sleep, but I keep bursting into tears for almost no reason today. Vicky's giving me a lift to class, but not staying, so I won't be either. Feeling horribly heavy just now, not sure why. Don't really want to be there at all. But then not sure I want to be here either. Shall probably just curl up with HP and sleep when I get back. Not hungry, and see to have slight stomach bug too.

Lack of sleep can produce stomach probs. I don't know if there is a medical reason for it but I call it a 'tired tummy'.
