Up and Down

Conversation with rjk left me feeling low. Sunshine and pop and conversation with Paul perked me up a bit again. Off home early to meet rjk's dad, I presume we'll be out to dinner rather than making it to the pub. Overall not as good as I was earlier but I guess I could be worse.

Bernie took us out for a very pleasant meal, and then had a bottle of wine for us to drink when we got back. My two glasses should hopefully help give a head start with the sleep. (And I hope our typing isn't keeping him awake).

He told me that when he was waiting outside for you, something hurtled past which he saw as, in order, red hair, short skirt, bike!
