Was exceedingly cross and upset last night that despite doing something that was making me unhappy to try and help rjk feel better it seemed like it didn't help at all. But we talked (eventually), and apparently it does help, even if it doesn't solve everything. And actually he does seem somewhat happier overall, even if not at that moment. So maybe it's not a complete waste of time, but it does make it harder to keep on believing I'm doing the right thing.

And cunningly I'm in bright and early today, all the routine stuff is nearly done, the stuff I was supposed to be working on has been handed over to John, and um, Paul's in a meeting so I have to find some bits and pieces to do in the meantime. Bloody typical suddenly having a bit of motivation and it being harder to find something to use it on.

6. Myste & Storm are our eldest - coming up to 2 years, both blue dumbos. Bramble & Nutmeg are about 9 months now, rescue girls, Bramble is black Berkshire & Nutmeg is agouti. Arwen & Luthien are the youngest (we got them from arkady) at I think 7 months now - Arwen is black rex dumbo, & Luthien is Siamese rex dumbo.

And they are all utterly adorable :-) Though Bramble & Nutmeg are a bit twitchier than the other girls.

Hurrah for rats....friends in my student houses had them and I was the resident rat-sitter. Far better pets than g.pigs or mice IMHO

Although my friends' one just died last night which is really sad :(. They'll be getting baby ratties soon though and that's good :) so hopefully I will get to visit soon and meet them!

Not tonight for me, for one i was convinced it was Thursday until aobut 2pm so i don't have anyhting with me, and for 2 (and 3 and 4 and ...) i have a SHEDload of catching up to do not to mention a bucketlaod of reading (about 3 weeks equivalent in my course) before i can start on the assignement due in sat-week which is worth 45% of 50% of my final mark. Argh!

(and i have a reflexology appointment midday on saturday, so being awake and alive and in wext wickham and not hung over is a huge plus.)

Simes'n'E-J ... any chance of my turning up in londonish with a bag of stuff for you guys between regaining consciousness and about 11am so i can get home in time? :p else if you're going to hang around a while i could come to london for 1-1:30ish?
