Oh yeah, and before I forget...
Jun. 30th, 2003 04:08 pmOn the way up 8 Stobarts to 5 Norberts (2 of the Norberts in the form of a double, spotted by rjk). On the way back 15 Norberts (6 as 3 doubles, 2 tankers, one in disguise with just the cab and a plain blue trailer) and only 5 Stobarts. Also some James Irlams on the way up and about 6 or so on the way back, no sign of Preston of Potto though.
Erm, I seem to have turned into a truck spotter.

Date: 2003-06-30 08:29 am (UTC)GEEK!
Date: 2003-06-30 08:54 am (UTC)Oddly enough, I tend to see at least one PoP most times I go down the A19-and-A1. The fact that Potto is just off the A19 might well have something to do with it.
I'm rather pleased that you look out for PoP as well as the big two. Why James Irlam, though - what's their appeal?

Date: 2003-06-30 02:17 pm (UTC)Oh, we saw one of them, and wondered where on earth Potto was (it wasn't in the AA roadmap). So are they famous or something? I'd never heard of them before. And where is Potto? ... I saw one Stobart but my phone had run out of battery by then so I couldn't text you, sorry! Several Norberts, too, including a white one with red logo.
