At home again today

Aching and fed up and wandering round the office definitely makes the aches worse. Plan to work from home tomorrow too, and then get back to going in every day from Monday, by which point I'll hopefully be feeling much better.

Warm baths. I know it's not quite the season for them, but they'll ease the aches and stop you getting stiff which will add to the aches.
