Note to self, do not take being overtaken as a challenge. Especially if it's just before Liz Way bridge on the way into work. Though it is good exercise, and when the chap caught me up again at the lights he was friendly.
Oh no cars were involved, it's only other cyclists I feel competitive around. And there's no element of ability in driving faster than someone in the same way there is with cycling, so I doubt I'd ever feel the same sort of competition there. I just like the feel of going fast on the bike though.
