Weekly weigh in

This week I lost 8lb, which rather surprised me even though I have been positively angelic. I think some of that weight must have been just water retention from the time of the month though, I don't believe I could have lost so much in one week otherwise. Determined not to drift back into good one week bad the next though, so this week is going to be another good week. Chuffed to bits anyway.

Over the past 14¾ months of dieting I've lost 4st 3lb, which amounts to 28% of my starting weight - my current weight is 10st 13lb

My average loss a week is 1lb

My target weight is 10st 7lb. I am currently 0st 6lb away from this.

My current BMI is 24.59; my target BMI is 23.62.

I find that if I have put on a bit of weight from a bad weeks eating it usually comes off again pretty quickly when going back to good habits. So I'm not surprised you've lost so much *grin*. That's the ultimate success of a diet - long term change in eating habits.

BTW I wondered about keeping a Gorgeousness Chart for you in parallel with your weight-charts -- but it seems a bit silly since it'd be a straight line somewhere across the top of the graph. <big cheesy grin>

I thought you'd forgotten about those. There seems to be this unwritten rule somewhere that if I take clothes off and someone points a camera at me I don't get the pics. Even the ones rjk's taken are read-protected from me, though no doubt I could have a copy if I actually nagged.
