Well, combining tv & internet & phone is a recipie for disaster anyway, a friend had her phone, tv, and internet all cut off at once due to an error in Virgin Media's systems which ended up with them calling her to demand several hundred pounds on a debit card instantly for all the 0898 calls which had been made over the last few months that they hadn't got around to billing her for, and cutting her off with no notice.
For phone lines, I suspect BT are the sensible option to go for, for Internet, if you're in an LLU area, people seem to have good experiences with bethere.co.uk, and for TV, well, I don't have a TV, I'd recommend not having TV :)
