I don't know what the answer is; despite running my own mailserver I'm still struggling with spam. The current problem is mail with the spam in an image and a large block of real English text below it, which is very hard to filter. It also has valid return addresses and correct HELO. I don't really want to start deploying IP blocklists, and razor isn't helping very much.
