Breakfast: BLT sandwich from machine, rest of lemon and lime diet pop
Lunch: Egg mayo and tomato ciabatta, walkers bacon crisps, caramel slice, diet coke
Snack: Couple of pieces of bonfire toffee
Dinner: Fish pie (haddock, salmon, prawns, cheese sauce, topped with breadcrumbs and more cheese), leeks, peas, green beans, glass of cider.
