lnrBy a minor miracle: This week I stayed the same. It would be nice to lose some more over the next few weeks, as I've been more or less maintaining here for a while now, but we'll see how it goes. Flattered to hear Andrea from my class thought I weighed less than her! Obviously my mum's quip that I'm just very dense isn't far wrong though.
Over the past 12¾ months of dieting I've lost 4st 1lb, which amounts to 27% of my starting weight - my current weight is 11st 1lb
My average loss a week is 1lb
My target weight is 10st 7lb. I am currently 0st 8lb away from this.
My current BMI is 24.91; my target BMI is 23.62.
