Bah - The Divine Comedy play a gig 300 yards from my house, and I'm triple booked that evening. Then got in to work the following day to see there had been a free lecture of interest on the same evening. Bah!
The first week of doing exercise is dreadful, but the next few are great as you see yourself making rapid progress. Must start up the exercise again myself.
