Over the past 50¼ months of dieting I've gained 1st 3¾lb, which amounts to -8% of my starting weight - my current weight is 16st 5½lb
My average loss a week is lb
My target weight is 14st 7lb. I am currently 1st 12½lb away from this.
My current BMI is 36.68; my target BMI is 32.43.
