Bizarrely Mike (who's more into metal than indie) saw them in Cambridge last year with the Young Knives. Bit disconcerting listening to an album for the first time and having him comment on which ones were really good :-)
I'll just have to keep an eye out for them turning up again though. But you're right, it's a shame.
