lnrThis week I gained 2¼lb
Over the past 1½ months of dieting I've lost 0st 4lb, which amounts to 2% of my starting weight - my current weight is 15st 10½lb
My average loss a week is ¾lb
My target weight is 14st 7lb. I am currently 1st 3½lb away from this.
My current BMI is 35.21; my target BMI is 32.43.
