Weekly weigh in

This week I gained 1¾lb. Mildly disappointing, but I guess that's last week catching up on me, because with the exception of yesterday's BBQ I've been very good this week. Still, it's in the right general direction overall. Except when you notice that in fact you're no further on than you were two months ago. Feh.

Over the past 40¾ months of dieting I've gained 0st 1½lb, which amounts to -1% of my starting weight - my current weight is 15st 3½lb

My average loss a week is lb

My target weight is 14st 7lb. I am currently 0st 10½lb away from this.

My current BMI is 34.12; my target BMI is 32.43.
