Calorie counting

You can't half live on junk if you want to. Pre-packed sandwiches, packets of crisps and a bar of choc, plus one real meal cooked by Richard. I may have kept under my calorie quota today, but I sure need to eat more sensible in general.

Quiet couple of days: post pizza at GR last night and CSI at home tonight. Usual routine but it's nice.

Yeah :-/ I keep trying not to do that myself. It's so easy to throw readymeals into the oven and sod the real veg mouldering quietly in the rack.. no wonder I keep going to bed hungry.
