Nutrition report from WLR:
According to the contents of your food diary you have consumed an average of 2401 calories per day in the last 6 day period. This result is somewhat more that the daily calorie quota of 2052, calculated to help you achieve your weight loss goal. You may want to make some adjustments to your diet, or plan to reach your goal at a slower pace - by changing your rate of loss in My Goals In the last 6 days your calories have come from: Protein 15.3% (WLR Guidelines 15) Carbohydrate 40.5% (WLR Guidelines 55-60%) Fat 36.7% (WLR Guidelines 25-30%) Alcohol 7.5% You have eaten an average of approximately 4.4 portions of fruit and veg a day.
Of course this hasn't taken exercise calories into account, and I reckon I've done at least a couple of hundred cals a day of exercise: cycling during the week and walking around London on Saturday and Sunday.

Thanks both for the encouragement! I don't expect to do so well next week, though I did decide to skip Pizza today since I indulged lots at the weekend.
