OK, it's that time of year, and Sion and Jan are having a party, so I am going to bake CAKE. More specifically parkin. And possibly bonfire toffee too. I have oatmeal in the cupboard, I've ordered two tins of black treacle from Tesco. It will be good.

It's just "parkin", and if it's baked correctly it's lovely and sticky too.

Try it in two layers, with pure caramel toffee (or chocolate) in the middle: Multi-Storey Parkin.
