Pleasant evening.

I dozed off before lunch and spent most of the day asleep, so it was nice after waking up to be invited out to dinner by rjk. We had some very nice food and a pleasant time before he headed off to Karate and me to the Carlton. Mobbsy, Ned, Mike and I came last in the quiz, much to at least mine and mobbsy's chagrin. We did win a bouncy ball each. Mine is pink. And the remaining beer from the festival is now only £1 a pint, which is not to be sniffed at at all, even if it is slightly past its best. Had a very nice evening anyway. Played some on the quiz machine, winning money on both Two Towers and Spot the Difference. Foolishly bought a pint of cider far too near to closing time, but they were very generous with chicking out time, and Mike helped me finish it. Said goodbye under a giant umbrella in the rain. Terri pointing out we should have stood in the marquee or something. For some reason I seem to be in a very good mood.
