Grannies and Grandads, Cots and Highchairs

Since my last post we have:

• Taken part in the Macmillan World's Largest Coffee Morning and raised £25
• Had Granny Gina and Grandad Evan round to visit - with some lovely walks
• Had Granny Ann and Grandad Ivan round to visit too - delivering Matthew's cot and highchair, and visiting Oxburgh Hall
• Had a quiet weekend with just the two of us!

The high chair is reasonably successful, and Matthew can now sit and play with some food and spoons and a bowl for pretty much the whole time it takes us to eat our dinner, though very little of his own actually gets eaten - he seems to have fun which is the main thing. And he's had several sleeps in his own cot, in his own room, leading up to his first full night in it last night - though he still woke several times it's huge progress and I got loads more sleep. Hopefully this will continue and he'll gradually wake less. We'll see. All in all he's a pretty happy little chap, and doing well.
