Engagement announcement

Saturday was a nice day. We went out for a nice ride around the local villages in the sunshine, to make the most of the lovely weather. And on the way back we passed a sign indicating a footpath to go see an obelisk, so we did, and it was excellent and an entertainingly muddy walk. And in the evening Mike cooked me a lovely dinner, and asked me to marry him. I said yes.

Neither of us appears to be able to stop grinning yet.
