Productive

15 mins cycle, 30 mins wait, 5 min chat, 15 mins cycle home. Conclusion: I sound a lot more cheerful, perhaps I should look at working elsewhere if being away from this job is making me lots happier, talk to psych about it next week and come back in a fortnight. Admitted I'd missed counselling appts. Had already mailed them this morning with my contact details at home and apologies. See if they get back to me.

At least it was lovely sunny cycling weather. Clouds seem to have turned up now I'm home.
