ill and miserable

Crap day. Slight cold/sore throat, though not bad enough to keep me off work. Where I'm getting sod all done in terms of work. Plus I've managed to contribute to horribly upsetting Jan and I don't know what to do about it. Just want to go home and sleep til everything is better.

Bit better

Better evening. Still feel like death warmed up, and spent a good hour or so dozing, but feel rather brighter overall. Nice dinner with rjk, and a cuddle on the sofa after. Planning on getting an early night, fed up of living my life shattered all the time. Still worried about Jan, hope she's OK.
