In other news I've just accidentally ended up feeling like I had to defend my right to lose weight, just as I used to end up having to defend my right to be fat in the first place. Yes it's nice that my friends don't think of me as a big fat lump (though some of them have more or less expressed the opinion that I was, as non-offensively as possible but it still hurt at the time), but it's still kind of odd. I do think I'm a bit over-sensitive about it though. So apologies if I occasionally rant about stuff.
