Ug

Well, I've proved beyond reasonable doubt that I was right not to go into work today. Not only did I spend all morning asleep but just driving to the station and back to see Steph off on the train has left me feeling shattered. At least I'm just tired and bunged up now rather than actually feeling ill.

Richard is being pretty lovely to me, despite the fact he's got a bit of a cold himself and there's not very much he can do to help. Of course this is one of the reasons I'm so pleased to be sleeping better again: at least I'm not keeping him awake too.

Feel like I should try and say more other than going on about a boring cold all the time, but not much is happening really.
